Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Party Games – Draw & Guess (the "App"), operated by the Party Games development team ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Party Games – Draw & Guess is a browser-based multiplayer drawing and guessing game. Players join or create rooms, take turns drawing a given word on a shared canvas, and compete to guess the word first. The App is available as a progressive web app (PWA) and may be installed on Android devices via a Trusted Web Activity (TWA).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
The App optionally allows you to connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, or other supported wallets) to identify yourself in game rooms. When you connect a wallet:
You may alternatively log in anonymously without connecting a wallet. Anonymous players are assigned a randomly generated display name.

The App's code, design, graphics, and word lists are the property of the Party Games development team or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Content you create during gameplay (drawings, guesses) is submitted voluntarily and may be stored temporarily on our servers to run the game session. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
The App may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting providers, CDNs, blockchain wallet software). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Links or references to third-party sites (e.g., wallet installation pages) are provided for convenience; we do not endorse those sites.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Party Games development team and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed USD $0 (the App is provided free of charge).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Party Games development team and its contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
